Yes, it's a cardboard box. My double stroller arrived this week, and there was no way I was going to let such a big, sturdy box go to waste.
I learned several important photography lessons this week.
1) Five minutes with the instruction manual does not this girl an expert photographer make. I might just give up on any manual settings until Easter when my dad can teach me how to take fuller advantage of the camera he passed down to me.
2) Even though I figured out how to play with the exposure on the camera itself, I still like automatic photos + Picasa better.
3) I prefer taking pictures of my children to taking pictures of cardboard boxes (duh).

4) It is much easier to take interesting pictures of real architecture than of cardboard boxes.

Check out Cari and the rest for photos of not-cardboard-boxes!

I bet the kids are loving that box! I might have to do something similar with our boxes once we're done moving :)
ReplyDeleteI love the cardboard take on the theme. We often have such accommodations in our living room.
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking up!
There is nothing more fun than a huge box. Nothing!
ReplyDeleteYou are brilliant! What lucky kids you have, the front porch rocks.
ReplyDeleteI also have had no luck with manual, but I do enjoy playing around with the other settings. And picasa is great at what it does anyway.
I'm afraid I get no credit for the front porch--that was completely my husband's idea!
DeleteI love the cardboard architecture! (My kids do, too, BTW. Do you hire out?) :-)
ReplyDeleteYou are a great mom! And such a cute take on the theme. I also really like that photo of the flats. :)
ReplyDeletebig box + kids = hours of fun! Love the pics.
